Hey, hey!
We are well into September and I’ve got some good news for you!
Last week, I was featured along with a few of my other homeschool mom friends for the part we play in the wonderful world of homeschooling. The truth is, the number of Black homeschoolers is growing! This is my family’s 9th year, and I can definitely attest to this fact. I’m loving all the beautiful Black and Brown faces I’ve seen as I move about the homeschool networks of which I’m a part. I’d love for you to check out the article on the Courier Post that highlights the rise of Black homeschooling families. You can find the article here. It was also run in several other publications so it’s very exciting!
I absolutely LOVED all the pics of the families that were featured. I’m proud to say that I personally know and love every family that was pictured and interviewed. Check out my own cute little family in these pics! This was so cool to me! In fact, a couple of the families were actually a part of the Able to Teach Homeschool Collective co-op last year! Here’s their awesome pics including the cover photo above that I used for this blog post:
After you read the article, I’d love for you to join me back here for some VERY important updates…
